THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES Cu-Ce-S AND Cu-Y-S LIQUID SOLUTIONS

The thermodynamic properties of Cu-Ce-S and Cu-Y-S liquid solutions were studied by the chemical equilibrium technique at 1200℃. The equilibrium constants and the standard free energies of formation of CeS and YS were determined for the reactions: CeS=[Ce]+[S] and YS = [Y]+[S] . For the solution of Ce_(1) and Y_(l) in pure Cu according to the reactions: Ce_(1)= [Ce] and Y_(1)= [Y] , the standard free energies of solutions were obtained. The first order and second order interaction coefficients between solute elements as well as the activity coefficients γ_(Ce)~0 and γ_Y~0 in liquid Cu were also determined.

TA16合金的焊接性能

研究了TA16合金经钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)、电子束焊接(EBW)和激光焊接(LBW)的焊接接头显微组织和力学性能.结果表明,TA16合金经不同方式焊接,其接头强度与基材相当,选择合适的焊接工艺均可以得到性能较好的焊接接头.

张量力在16O+16O熔合动力学中的效应

利用时间相关Hartree-Fock理论和完整Skyrme有效相互作用研究了16O+16O碰撞在库仑位垒附近的熔合动力学.数值计算是在没有任何对称性约束的三维笛卡尔基下完成.将时间相关Hartree-Fock理论和冻结密度近似下的能量密度泛函方法给出的库仑位垒与实验结果进行了比较,发现同位旋标量的张量项能降低自旋饱和体系16O+16O的库仑位垒,而库仑位垒高度随着同位旋矢量的张量项的耦合常数减小而降低.并计算了包含和不包含张量力的16O+16O熔合截面,发现张量力对16O+16O碰撞在库仑位垒附近的熔合动力学影响较小.

STRESS CORROSION CRACKING IN 16NiCo STEEL

The dst of tempering temperature on strength, impact toughness, fracture toughness and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior of 16NiCo Steel in an aqueons solutiou of 3.5 pct NaCl was stndied. The test compromise between strength, tonghness, and SCC resistance was obtained after 510℃ tempering. Under these conditions, KISCC is~75 MPam with fracture toughness of~75 MPam, impact toughness of~150J/cm2 and a gield strength of~1580 MPa. The improved stress corrosion crack-ing resistance at 510℃ tempering may be related to the loss of stress resulting from M2C/matrix coherency and the recovery of the dislocalion substrvcture. These would lead to a decreased concentration of hydrogen.

AuW(16)电触点材料的试制及AuW(16)中金的回收

制备了微细金粉,通过粉末冶金法将金粉与钨粉试制成两相单体均匀混合的粉末,得到一种耐磨性能较高,耐蚀的AuW(16)电触点材料.利用金与钨的化学性质的差异,将金从金钨合金中分离提纯出来,回收贵金属金,回收率为99.93%.

Effect of Copper Addition on Mechanical Properties of 4Cr16Mo

Experiments conducted to determine the effect of copper addition on the machinability of plastic mould steel 4Cr16Mo were presented. The machinability of mould steel 4Cr16Mo was improved obviously by adding Cu. The top wear of 4Cr16Mo with copper was less than that without copper. Cu-rich phase had the effect of lubricant and heat conductivity as solid lubricant, which reduced cutting-tool wear, improved machinability and increased service life of cutting-tool. With the increase of copper addition, the hot-working character of 4Cr16Mo decreased. The optimal hot-working parameters 4Cr16Mo with copper were determined by tensile test and compression test. The rate of deformation should be adopt as 0.6 s-1. The heating-up temperature, initial forging temperature and terminal forging temperature were 1200℃, 1150℃ and 950℃, respectively.

Ab initio Calculations of Magnetic Properties of Fe16N2

Pseudo-potential and plane wave basis-set under the framework of density functional theory have been employed to study the electronic and magnetic properties of Fe16N2, and to have an insight look on the subject of giant magnetic moments reported in Fe16N2. After geometrical optimization, band structures and densities of states have been evaluated together with the atom resolved band populations and magnetic moments. In this paper, we report a theoretical effort to look into the various aspects of the magnetic properties of Fe16N2, including volume effect and distortion effect.

变形Zn-16Al合金退火硬化行为研究

通过对Zn-16Al合金采用铸造,挤压和热处理等研究方法,结合金相、X-射线衍射等分析手段,研究ZAl6合金在不同热处理状态下的组织结构与力学性能的关系.发现由于退火导致的变形ZA16合金强度和硬度升高的现象.揭示ZA16合金的组织结构演化与材料性能之间的变化规律.
